Let me be clear: I generally have no reason to worry that my content would violate community guidelines on any platform I choose to use. I do not post inauthentic, dishonest, vulgar, targeted, or spam material. What I share is serious content—difficult to create given my current condition—and it deserves to be treated as such.

What I am posting is the evidence that supports my claims and accusations. This material cannot be published in book form because it exists in audio and video formats. I post it, first and foremost, so it cannot be dismissed with statements like “this didn’t happen,” and also so that it may serve as potential legal evidence. This is part of the extremely difficult work I’m undertaking simply to preserve my life. If, in doing so, I can help protect others, then I believe I have a responsibility to do that as well.

That is what makes today’s act of “silencing” not just troubling—but genuinely frightening.

The reason I began posting videos on YouTube was because, based on past experience, I anticipated the possibility that my evidence websites might be targeted. I didn’t want to risk having a large number of articles compromised in a potential attack, so I made the decision to post the videos separately. It was a precautionary measure—an effort to protect the integrity of the information and ensure that the evidence remained accessible.

I've now had to create this space under a completely neutral address, which only adds to the difficulty of making evidence of the violations of my rights accessible to the public. I'm being systematically silenced—but it's happening behind closed doors, in ways that are hard to prove unless documented carefully. This ongoing effort to suppress my voice has made the process of sharing my story more exhausting and complex than most people can imagine.

I’m dealing with numerous health issues, and even publishing my content in just one place takes a significant toll on my energy and limited resources. Every additional platform I’m forced to use only compounds that burden. And still, the evidence of just how extensive this blackballing and targeting is continues to reveal itself.

At times, I find myself asking: Who do these people think I am, that this level of surveillance and targeting would be considered necessary? What exactly am I sitting on? What is the dollar amount tied to this situation that would justify something as extreme as having legally recorded audio of a conversation removed from YouTube?

Who are these people that YouTube would honor such a request, when they themselves can look at the content and see that no such violations exist? Or is YouTube itself another of these agencies that is fine with false, opinionated, and misleading content—as long as it maintains the current status quo of general polarizing opinions, where everyone is choosing sides about unimportant topics, shaping the global society into one of distraction and emotional pain—distracting from distraction and pain by consuming, circulating the lie that people's attention spans have become shorter, when in actuality the things they're being asked to pay attention to do not resonate with the human psyche because we're not robots that can be tuned to an algorithm for the sole purpose of a consumerist agenda and therefore to keep us on a platform of terrible, meaningless, content a new sensory experience is required every 8 seconds—but fully against impactful, honest, transparent truth? It's ridiculous to have pulled down my entire channel when no part of it violates guidelines provided — that is an attack not a misunderstanding or standard protocol.

If I publish an article in one place, I have to publish it in four different places—because if and when it’s targeted, I need to be able to reproduce exactly what it was, to demonstrate that an unjustified attack—more importantly, an attack that is covering evidence of crimes—has, in fact, occurred. I cannot get out of the snare without proving I’m ensnared.

Does what I’m saying make sense? Can you understand that I cannot stop this—I cannot change my life—without resolving the problem(s) in my life and the barrier to resolving it?

"And that barrier is, firstly, misinformation—then actions justified by that misinformation."

You know, similar to the following:

Information was presented for thirty-three years, and then there was a preemptive attack—yet we now see there are no nuclear weapons, just as there were no weapons of mass destruction then, just as I have violated no guidelines on any platform now.

"Victims have to be able to present truthful, transparent evidence. How could YouTube participate in suppressing evidence of victim, their injuries and losses and crimes in progress?"

Yet and still, attacks occurred. There were financial losses and medical injuries. Who's paying for those financial losses? What measures are being taken—and by whom—to repair those medical injuries?

I'm certain that the responsibility to recover those financial losses and address those injuries is being left on the Iranian victims who were attacked.

As they are being left on me—and that is the extent, the unconstitutional and illegal limitation, the inhumane condition of my daily life irrespective of the policy that protects me and demands I be made whole because evidence of the crimes and refusal to enforce regulations are being systematically secreted. That is why I am doing what I am doing: authoring and publishing exposés of my testimony, containing documents and photos, and supported by video and audio evidence across multiple spaces, including YouTube—while being extremely sick, isolated, and with only nominal resources.

America’s not going to fix Iran's damages—they did it. And Israel isn’t going to fix it—because they did it. So, who are Iran’s allies? Who will help them, so that they are not set back for something they didn’t do—and by an attack based on false information that no one verified for truth?

"It was simply accepted because it was said—and they were attacked not for what they had done, but for who they are."

Who are my allies? How can Americans help me if Americans don’t know? What good is the law if it’s not enforced? And what do you do when lawmakers and law enforcers are the ones violating the law?

Is it human—is it American—to attack who I am rather than something I’ve done wrong? Does society or government get to define who I am? Or do the words of Founding Father and President Thomas Jefferson still hold true?

Are you tracking what I am clearly and respectfully reporting is happening to me? If so, do you have another example—outside of the specific type of platform that this individual sits on—where political government ambitions and commercial interests meet to spread misinformation, and then take action based on the very misinformation that was spread?

If its tracking with you, and given my history, can you understand why I might have the inclination that specific types of entities are disappearing my reports?

How To Create Lifelong Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS)

What is being created is a cycle of sabotage—and I’m completely aware that it is designed not only to silence me and keep me in conditions few could survive for extended periods, but also to medically exhaust me. The covering up of my reports is designed not only to protect the criminals who are harming me—so that they don’t face any accountability and are enabled to continue harming me—but also to keep me in a defensive position: my word against someone else’s, usually an employee supported by the agencies they work for, compared to me, by myself.

I’m also being discredited based on random statements, which no one is requiring evidence for before accepting as truth. It’s meant to train my psychology to become oversensitive, defensive, aggressive—and most of all, to make me appear like a lunatic, reporting things that are hard to believe unless one witnesses them firsthand.

And these "attackers"—because they’re coming from everywhere and therefore cannot be pinned to one person—are secretly removing or burying the very evidence I’ve been working so hard to present.

A Pause for a Critical Thinking Exercise

Let me ask you something: what if no one saw what happened to George Floyd—and it still happened? Is that justice? Is that a fate any American should have to endure? That they could just be attacked unto death by the very people who have taken an oath to protect and serve them, when so much law exists to prevent that—and, should it occur, so much law exists on behalf of their soul and the people they are survived by to ensure the criminals are brought to justice?

What if he could simply be here today, and gone tomorrow—and nothing happens, and no one knows?

Is this America? Is this humanity? Is he not human?

Am I not human—and therefore entitled to some rights, simply based on my existence in the world, first and foremost?

Because this is the box I am in—and by the grace of God, I am still alive to report it. To say: Help. I’m here. I am trying to get out. Look at what they’re doing to me.

And every time I speak up to the public—to make specific incidents and targets known, and now to provide evidence—there is a task force that moves to take that evidence down and legally attack me, to distract and exhaust me from getting a clear truth transparently into the ethers.

Anytime I start something good—something that might result in my regaining financial independence, despite all the nooses being put on me to prevent that in the first place—because the success of this campaign heavily relies on me being a broke, broken, isolated, dysfunctional societal outcast, which is most easily achieved through financial abuse—that poverty also provides an Access of Evil to monitor me in every part of my existence and private data, and to order my actions under the threat of termination of that aid, with possible legal consequences against me and my reputation.

Sound familiar?

That data provides the foundational information to devise and deploy traps. So you tell me: what could be more relevant than proving to a jury—the court of public opinion at this point, because that’s all I’ve got—that I am NOT naturally disabled in the first place?

I have proven that, with access to proper medical treatment, I have been able to maintain employment irrespective of my diagnosis.

They are making and keeping me sick—to irradiate my ability to work, to create poverty, to result in financial dependence—and in that dependence, they are abusing me in every way, including sexually, by continually curating close proximity to sexual predators and failing to protect me when they attack.

AND I WILL NOT BE SILENT OR FAIL TO PROVE THAT BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT ACROSS THIS ENTIRE EARTH, as I have already successfully begun to do by publishing multiple exposés to global distribution.

And from the information gathered in that dependent relationship, they are creating attacks that make me sick, keep me sick, and silencing me when I report to anyone outside the system—with evidence— controlling and containing my life up to this point; generationally, destroying me to the third generation already. This is not freedom; I am an American and therefore, entitle by birth, to freedom.

Every time I succeed to free myself—their bullshit picks up. Then I have to fight that just to stay alive. And while I’m doing that, they’re fighting me again—this time against being heard and seen.

It’s a cycle—designed to drive me mad, to spoil my health, so that I cannot succeed.

Does humanity really agree that this is okay?

Declaration of Faith and Perseverance

None of the above is going to happen to me—because I am aware of the intention behind it. I monitor my thoughts and behaviors to make sure I don’t become a soul who wins the battle of proving what has happened to me and seeing accountability, but loses my soul—my character—in the process.

I cannot be driven mad. I cannot be exhausted into silence.

As long as technology evolves, I will be there—accessing that technology to preserve and advance my life, until that is no longer necessary.

And if God is with me, who can be against me?

I woke up this email this morning and all the videos and descriptions that I posted on YouTube removed. Here Are YouTube's Spam, deceptive practices, & scams policies, that can be found here, and which "none" of my content violates. I want you to make a note to the process for content that does violate YouTube's community guidelines.

"If you get 3 strikes within 90 days, your channel may be terminated." — YouTube

I have "never" had any strikes, in any amount of days; and yet policy was superseded for me specifically. And new policy was applied to remove the channel and all YouTube content and to apply the consequences of never being able to use the platform to speak out and present evidence again — when none of my content violated the policy in the first place.

Don’t post content on YouTube if it fits any of the descriptions noted below.

Video Spam: Content that is excessively posted, repetitive, or untargeted and does one or more of the following:
- Promises viewers they'll see something but instead directs them off site.
- Gets clicks, views, or traffic off YouTube by promising viewers that they’ll make money fast.
- Sends audiences to sites that spread harmful software, try to gather personal info, or other sites that have a negative impact.
Misleading Metadata or Thumbnails: Using the title, thumbnails, or description to trick users into believing the content is something it is not. This includes titles, thumbnails, or descriptions leading viewers to believe they will see something in a video, but then not including it in the video content itself.
Scams: Content offering cash gifts, “get rich quick” schemes, or pyramid schemes (sending money without a tangible product in a pyramid structure).
Incentivization Spam: Content that sells engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, or any other metric on YouTube. This type of spam can also include content where the only purpose is to boost subscribers, views, or other metrics. For example, offering to subscribe to another creator’s channel solely in exchange for them subscribing to your channel, also known as "Sub4Sub" content.
Comments Spam: Comments where the sole purpose is to gather personal info from viewers, misleadingly drive viewers off YouTube, or perform any of the prohibited behaviors noted above.
Repetitive comments: Leaving large amounts of identical, untargeted or repetitive comments. Note that this type of engagement may lead to the removal of your comments.
3rd party content: Live streams that include unauthorized 3rd party content that are not corrected after repeated warnings of possible abuse. Channel owners should actively monitor their live streams and correct any potential issues in a timely manner.

This policy applies to videos, video descriptions, comments, live streams, and any other YouTube product or feature. Keep in mind that this isn't a complete list. Please note these policies also apply to external links in your content. This can include clickable URLs, verbally directing users to other sites in video, as well as other forms.
